Discover the most effective ways to learn and understand the Spanish language. If you are thinking of learning Spanish as a 2^nd (or 3^rd or 4^th ) language or if you have already begun your journey, this site will hopefully be a valuable resource to help you along the way.

As a Spanish learner myself, I will try to share tips and insights and suggestions of products and courses which portend to teach Spanish as a 2^nd language.

In addition, I also hope to provide some insights into some of the best schools providing a high quality of instruction. I live in Spain and have contact with several large and small schools, as well as contacts throughout South America also specializing in teaching Spanish as a 2nd language.

In my experience there is no one best way for someone to learn a language. But I think, as with anything new, by taking advantage of all of the tools at your disposal you increase the odds of learning quicker and more effectively.

There are plenty of free resources available on the web and elsewhere, and there are several very effective and relatively inexpensive paid resources at your disposal as well. A lot depends on how fast you want/need to learn, the reasons you want to learn (your motivation) and to what level of proficiency you want/need to achieve. Hopefully we can eliminate some of the less effective methods and focus only on what works. So please let me know what works for you and we can all improve from your input as well.
